Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped through Canada Post regular mail.

Because regular mail is used, tracking may not be available for all shipments.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location within Canada.

Typical delivery estimates:

• Ontario: 2–5 business days
• Other Canadian provinces: 4–10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and delivery delays can occur with Canada Post, especially during holidays or severe weather.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Hule & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Mail

Once a package has been handed over to Canada Post, delivery times are outside of our control.
